Long overdue for a new doodle! Still playing with the Procreate app. This quick sketch was done while at Baie Saint-Paul. Enjoy…
UPDATE: New poem from Tom! See explanation in the comments. Thanks!!

Ghostly! I see an exhausted performer after a long night, looking into a mirror, feeling even more tired at the idea of having to clean away her sweat-resistant makeup yet another time.
Very interesting to hear your take on this doodle! I can see that.

I see her as a memory, a spy who worked for the English after the fall of Hong Kong, say. Young, exotic, dangerous… but today nothing remains but this image, a photo discovered by her grandchildren who will never know what it really means.
Another cool interpretation – I can also see this in her face! Thanks for the haiku 🙂
