Well, here we are… Some Time later… It looks like Cindy has set herself up nicely and peaceful relations are well established. And look – here comes Coracle for a visit!
This is the last one in the series and it took a while to put together – I hope you enjoy! It is a larger picture than usual so be sure to click on it to see all the details! I will be going back to something simpler for a while on the blog after this… and there is a new upcoming project which I start doing doodles and sketches for soon.
There may be a slight delay in receiving the final part of our story since our poet is a bit busy this week but check back starting Thursday – I’m sure it will tie all the loose threads together in a most hilarious and satisfying way!
I’m hoping that the Gizmorn will feel that attacking is now much too much trouble since the chance of others getting involved is rapidly becoming assured! and Big is showing some character too – not just a lap dog anymore!
I think that we’re getting very close to the exciting conclusion of our “what if” tale. Be sure to check back to read the poem when it arrives in the comments!
UPDATE: Yes! It’s here!! Read the comments for the story 🙂
Arriving at the island, Cindy and the Stranger find the Grinch in the midst of negotiations – somewhere along the way he’s turned into an aging hippy! and he’s attempting Gandhi style passive resistance – at least that’s how I think it might be but I’m not writing the story! Let’s see what Tom comes up with when he sends the next part. I have a feeling this might just be coming to some kind of satisfactory conclusion soon!
UPDATE: And yes, the next poem is here in the comments! Check it out 😀
OK that’s a terrible pun but I couldn’t resist. Remember that the island folk had a Celtic sounding name and then there they were dancing… so the highland fling came to mind… and yes, they’re out walking their birds. Not sure why… Hopefully Tom can help with that when he sends in the next poetic segment!
UPDATE: POETRY ABOUNDS – CHECK COMMENTS!
I have added a category for the “what if” series so if you’re just starting, you can click on it to see all of them without distractions and for maximum amusement value – check the comments!
Well, we left our little Coracle taking on water and in some trouble… but I think she has the sense to have a backup plan and friends to help her out of difficulties when they arise out in the expanses of the seas – not really a “silly cow”!! And don’t worry, she’s just having a little nap while her friends tow her to the island! Well, OK she may be a bit embarrassed…
Please click on this one to get a good view – this setup isn’t kind to horizontal format drawings!
Here’s a another link from Cute Overload – I picked it because it seems almost weird enough to fit into the world of our story…
Looking forward to the next instalment of poetic story? Don’t forget to check the comments!
UPDATE – NEXT INSTALMENT OF STORY NOW IN COMMENTS – ENJOY!!
